This simply means that you are striving towards the goal of having:

1. All your high school juniors logged onto LiveAbove.com and searching for colleges that have strong campus ministries (or are Christian colleges) as part of their college planning.
2. All your high school seniors are relationally connected with campus ministries before high school ends, and know what to do the first week on campus.
3. You share this movement with other pastors you know.
